Individual franchise owners are responsible for their location's day-to-day operations, employees, local services, local agreements, and compliance with applicable laws, subject to the rights and obligations contained in their agreements with Fit Body Forever.

Questions concerning a specific location's membership, billing, scheduling, cancellation, refund, or services should generally be directed to that location unless otherwise indicated.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or this website will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
